Are exchanges and returns free?

Exchanges and returns are free throughout Europe.

What is your return policy?

We'd be happy to exchange this pair for you. No problem. Simply send us an email at contact@melandofficiel.com so that we can proceed with the requested exchange by sending you a return voucher. Once we receive the pair, we will send you the correct size.

How do I make an exchange or return?

Simply send us an email at contact@melandofficiel.com so that we can proceed with the requested exchange or return by sending you a return label. Once the pair is received, we can proceed with the exchange or refund.

What is the cooling-off period?

You have 15 business days to return the pair to us. Simply send us an email at contact@melandofficiel.com so that we can process your exchange, return, or refund request.

What is the average time for an exchange?

Upon receipt of your email, we will send you a return slip and upon receipt of the item, we will send the new pair. This should take about ten days. However, we have never had a return to date.

How do refunds work?

Upon receipt of your return and after verification of the pair, we will proceed with the refund. It will be credited to your account within 3 to 10 days, depending on the operator.

Can I return my ME.LAND to one of your retailers?

For any pair purchased online, it is not possible to return them to one of our retailers. For a pair purchased in-store or on another online platform, we invite you to ask them directly about their return policy.

I received my ME.LANDs, but they have a defect. What should I do?

Each pair is checked when it leaves the workshop by Sergio and Manuel, our quality controllers. The team member who prepares your order checks the pair we send you. We would rather not send it to you than send you a product with a defect. We have never had a return, but if that were to happen, we would be happy to exchange your pair.
