For any complaint, please send an email to email@example.com with images of the article that you consider defective.
Items are “defective” if they do not meet our quality standards that require the goods to match their description on the website and are of satisfactory quality. We consider an item of unsatisfactory quality if there is visible and obvious damage to the leather such as scratches or stains. If you receive damaged laces we will only send you new laces, not the whole shoes. If you receive defective purchased products, you have the right, within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the products, to request a repair, exchange, or refund, in our judgment. Under no circumstances may the buyer return products without prior written authorization from ME.LAND.
After this period of 48 hours, any type of complaint concerning defective products will be considered invalid.
If the claim is justified, the return will be the subject of an exchange or, in case of impossibility, a credit. In this case, the return costs will be reimbursed by ME.LAND. Products delivered in accordance with the order will not be returned or exchanged.
Before proceeding with any retuns, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the process to follow.
Please note that in case of return not validated by ME.LAND, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We only accept returns of products purchased on our e-shop. Any return will be the subject of an exchange or, in case of impossibility, a credit. When requesting a return, you must specify it and specify the reason within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
All products purchased and returned must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, in their original ME.LAND box. We are not obliged to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions and we may refuse a refund in this case and return the products concerned to the customer.
